I had an outstanding experience with Twigby's Customer Service Chat! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a frustrating situation quick and easy to resolve. It's rare to receive customer service that's this friendly and efficient. They genuinely cared about helping me and made sure I understood every step before ending the chat. She went above and beyond my expectations, and I left the conversation feeling confident that everything had been taken care of. If this is the level of support Twigby provides, they have earned a loyal customer.

Happy customer since 2017 I have been a customer since 2017 and use Freedompop as my main plan. I initially chose them because of the lower prices compared to other major plans, but have been satisfied with the service since. Every time I had issues (maybe 3-4 times in almost 10 years?), their customer service was responsive and quick to resolve them. I often have better data coverage than my husband who has a much more expensive plan with one of the major carriers. My only issue is that when traveling outside of the US the plan is not usable, so it can be an inconvenience if you need access to texts and calls

Consumer Cellular is a wonderful company. I just purchased a new phone, and I know I will love it. Stick with Consumer Cellular for the best service ever. I have!

The agent I spoke to was very friendly and kind. I shared my bad experience with another service and she said she could relate because she had the same issue with the same service I dealt with. It's important that agents are real and by sharing her story I knew she understood why I was switching. I chose consumer cellular was the pricing was a perfect fit for me. It showed me you care for the consumer by not gauging me with high prices and it made me feel at home. That's what I liked.

I shared this on another rating system as well. I want to take the opportunity to mention their customer service over the phone which I used during the order process. Is leagues ahead of anything else I’ve ever experienced with cell phone carriers. I have recently used another cell phone carrier that spends more time trying to get you to use their automated assistant that actually satisfying their promise that you could have a customer service agent, so your service was greatly refreshing.

Great Coverage, Great Speed, Customer Service, not so much. Expensive.
